The advantages of nebulizing drug delivery method is more effective, quick, safe and convenient for respiratory diseases.

More than 100 million people in China suffer from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and respiratory related diseases, including asthma, pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis and RSV infection, have become the third leading cause of death in China after cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumors. Although the current drugs on the market have not fully met the clinical treatment needs, it is generally believed that aerosol inhalation therapy is an effective therapy for respiratory diseases.

The advantages of nebulizing drug delivery are:

  • Taking effect quickly

The large absorption surface area, rich capillary network, and thin alveolar epithelial cell layer make pulmonary administration quick and effective.

  • High bioavailability

The first pass effect of the liver can be avoided. The activity of biological enzymes is low, which reduces the hydrolysis of drugs, making it easy for the drugs to be quickly absorbed through the alveolar surface and maintaining their biological activity, allowing them to exert an efficient therapeutic effect in the local lungs.

  • Little side effects

Local administration, low dose, small toxic and side effects, and few systemic adverse reactions.

  • High compliance

It does not require the patient's deliberate cooperation, is less irritating when administered, has good compliance, and is suitable for acute and long-term treatment.
